Municipality of Lubao and National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) commemorate the 108th birth anniversary of Jose B. Lingad in Lubao, Pampanga.
The wreath-laying ceremony was led by NHCP Officer-in-Charge for Administration Carminda Arevalo; Lubao Chief of Police PLTCOL Julius Javier; San Nicolas 1st Lubao Brgy. Captain Rodel Borquetta; Lubao Vice Mayor Jay Montemayor; Councilor Corinthian de Leon; Department of Education public schools district supervisors; and, descendants of Jose Lingad Jonathan and Jayson de Guzman.
Jose B. Lingad was a Filipino lawyer, World War II veteran and politician who served as governor of Pampanga from 1948-1951.
