1,590 beneficiaries of the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa ating Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD) Program from Lubao, Pampanga receive P4,200 each for 10-day work rendered in their respective barangays thru the funding of the Provincial Government of Pampanga. The project is in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment (Dole) Pampanga and Municipal Government of Lubao.
