It’s a back to back success… Though a notch lower, we’re still happy to win “4th PLACE” for outstanding performance under the “EXTRA LARGE CATEGORY” for year 2017 accomplishments given by PSA during the 9th National Workshop on Civil Registration at SMX Convention Center,,, competing with other cities nationwide….
