A feedback from a foreigner served under the Balik Pinas, Balik Pampanga program of the provincial government led by Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda and Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda.

Fouad Salaam is the husband of Grace Salaam, a Kapampangan overseas Filipino worker (OFW) who went home during this time of pandemic. Both were served under the said program.
