At least 2,822 college students from 41 barangays of Lubao (Bancal Pugad, Bancal Sinubli and Sta. Tereza to follow) have each received P500 under the Educational Support for Monthly Internet Expenses program of Mayor Esmie G. Pineda, in cooperation with the Sangguniang Kabataan officials of Lubao, Pampanga.
