Awarding of P100,000 each to four (4) senior citizens aged 95 years old and above

Board Member Fritzie David Dizon and staff from the Pampanga Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office and Lubao Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office award P100,000 each to four (4) senior citizens aged 95 years old and above as an incentive from the Provincial Government of Pampanga.
