Mayor Esmie Pineda awards 43 elementary schools of Lubao with seeds and seedlings for their “Gulayan sa Paaralan Program”. Each school was given trays of vegetable seedlings such as eggplant, chili pepper, tomatoes; assorted vegetable seeds like ampalaya (bitter gourd), raddish, squash and the like; and Urea fertilizer.
