Barangay Assembly 2020

Mayor Esmie G. Pineda observed the conduct of barangay assembly in Barangay Sta. Catalina, Lubao, Pampanga on Saturday, November 14, 2020. Barangay assemblies, supervised by the Department of the Interior and Local Government, are mandated by the Local Government Code to ensure that barangay officials uphold transparency in governance and offer an avenue for constituents to raise their concerns.
