Celebration of the 19th Sinukwan Festival 2016, the Festival King and Queen of the Municipality of Lubao

In celebration of the 19th Sinukwan Festival 2016, the Festival King and Queen of the Municipality of Lubao excelled in the field of pageantry held last November 30 and December 02 respectively at Robinsons Starmills, City of San Fernando. The Festival Queen, Dianne Lane D. Martin was proclaimed Mutya ning Sinukwan 2016 and awarded Best in Costume, Best in Headress and Ms. Winsomesmile while the Festival King, Yvanne Jastine Fernandez, was awarded Lakan Ning Sinukwan Masikan 2016, and bagged Best in Costume, Best in Headress and Mr. Photogenic.

The municipality was also recognized as first placer in the category of “Bayung Piblas Nang Aring Sinukwan”.
