Lubao Mayor Esmie Pineda and Vice Mayor Jay Montemayor lead Day 1 of the 3-day workshop for the formulation of the Municipality of Lubao’s Executive-Legislative Agenda for the next three years. The ELA aims to, among others, discuss issues which influence executive-legislative relations at the local government level; Know the importance of executive-legislative partnership and cooperation for local development; and forge an executive-legislative agreement supported by a doable agenda or plan of action on partnership.
