#DISIPLINAMUNA campaign launched in Lubao
The Municipal Government of Lubao, Pampanga launched #DISIPLINAMUNA campaign in the municipality with the town officials and employees leading the charge towards attaining a community of law-abiding citizens.Mayor Esmeralda G. Pineda, Vice Mayor Jay Montemayor, Sangguniang Bayan Members and all employees recited their pledge of commitment to the campaign.
Irenea Bacani, Municipal Local Government Operations Officer, discussed the salient features of the #DISIPLINAMUNA of the national government and the Ease of Doing Business Law that ensures corruption-and-red-tape-free services of local government units.
Jamie Bianca Tiongco, Human Resources Management Officer, gave a refresher course on the ethical standards of government officials and employees.
With the assistance of the Philippine National Police, the local government unit also conducted a random drug testing among the attendees of the general assembly.
Mayor Pineda reminded the employees of their mandate to strictly follow rules in order to become role models for the citizens to avoid violating existing laws.
