Dr. Ericson N. Dela Cruz, Center Director of the Philippine Carabao Center in Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, pays a courtesy visit to Mayor Esmie G. Pineda and to promote the center’s product made from carabao milk. With him are Ruby Gabriel, Regional CBIN Coordinator; and, Maria Ursula Felix Chief, Operations Division of the Provincial Veterinary Office of Pampanga.
