Each Student was Given a Food Pack and a Check Worth P4,000
The provincial government of Pampanga, through their Educational Financial Assistance Program (EFAP), extended financial aid to 202 students in coast barangays of Lubao and Sasmuan in a ceremony held at the Lubao Bamboo Hub & Eco Park.
Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, along with 2nd District Board Members Fritzie David-Dizon and Sajid Khan Eusoof, Lubao Mayor Esmie Pineda and Sasmuan Mayor Catalina Cabrera, led the distribution of aid.
Governor Pineda made it clear that these students are separate from the regular 14,000 scholars and are being given additional assistance to address educational disparities.
Committee Chairperson on Education and 2nd District Board Member Mylyn Pineda-Cayabyab stressed the importance of family planning in empowering our students.
