Financial / Medical Assistance to Residents of Lubao, Pampanga

District Congressman Juan Miguel “Mikey” Arroyo and Department of Social Welfare and Development, for the financial/medical assistance to residents of Lubao, Pampanga.

The assistance were processed, validated, referred to the DSWD and approved in 2019 even before the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic but were only released this year.

Lubao residents were among the other beneficiaries from other municipalities in the district who were given assistance thru the efforts of Congressman Arroyo.

The assistance is not part of the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) of the DSWD.
