Kick off “First 1000 Says” (from conception to 2years old) program of the Provincial Government of Pampanga the covered court of Sto.Tomas Lubao last Nov 19, 2020.

Some 35 pregnant moms were given food supplements (milk) for 3months.

The program was led by Ms. Elaine Tinambunan, PNAO (Provincial Nutrition Action Officer); Lubao Municipal Councilor Corinthian P. De Leon, Chairman on Health; and, Municipal Nutrition Members.
