LGU passed the criteria of the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG)

Mayor Esmeralda “Esmie” G. Pineda receives a P5,000,000 cheque that the Department of the Interior and Local Government awarded to the Municipality of Lubao as Local Governance Incentives Fund after the LGU passed the criteria of the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG).

The prize money will be used to finance development projects pre-approved by the DILG.

Lubao Municipal Local Government Operations Officer Irenea Bacani also received a certificate of recognition for helping steer the municipal government in winning the SGLG award.
