Lubao celebrates Apung Dadong 115th Birth Anniversary

The 9th President of the Republic of the Philippines known as the “Poor Boy from Lubao”, Diosdado P. Macapagal was born on September 28, 1910.
Macapagal then went on to represent Pampanga’s 1st District, serve as vice president, and eventually win the presidency in 1961. He is remembered for his dedication to uplifting the lives of the Filipino people.
