Lubao Mayor Esmeralda G. Pineda issued an executive order LIFTING the LIQUOR BAN subject to the following conditions:

1. Selling liquor and other alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited.
2. Liquor is only for personal consumption and can only be consumed within the confines of one’s home or private premises.
3. Drinking in public places is still prohibited.
