Lubao Orients Schools to Brace for "Big One"

The Municipal Government of Lubao, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council led by Edgar Dabu, conducted on September 4 the first of a series of orientations/seminars regarding the “Big One” at the Lubao East District Conference Hall with Lubao East District Schools headed by Ms. Raquel Yuzon as participants.

Provincial DRRMO Angelina S. Blanco with Disaster Response Officer Francis Niño Alingcastre, Zacarias Daniel Baricuatro (Geologist, Sr. Admin. III), Municipal Fire Marshal Senior Insp. Edwin G. Dela Fuente, Fire Officer 3 Ryan S. Marcelo and FO1 Maynard Narciso were the resource speakers.
The event was attended by Councilors Emmanuel Santos, Gonzalo V. Tungul and Jay B. Montemayor, Municipal Administrator Elizalde D. Bernal and Municipal Development and Planning Officer, Engr. Danilo C. Aquino.
