Mayor Esmeralda G. Pineda congratulates Dr. Reynaldo Alipio for being awarded Most Outstanding Physician 2020 by the Philippine Medical Association and Pampanga Medical Society.

Dr. Alipio, one of the rural health physicians of Lubao, Pampanga, thanked Mayor Pineda for the municipal projects that were made part of the criteria for the award.
