Mayor Esmie Pineda and Vice Mayor Jay Montemayor oversee the Operation Tul/ Dental Outreach/ Free Haircut project for Barangays Concepcion, Sto. Cristo, Santiago, Lourdes, Del Carmen and San Jose Gumi where 116 young boys underwent free circumcision, 141 received free haircut; and, 163 other availed of the free dental services.
