Memorandum of Agreement with Republic Cement & Building Materials, Inc

The Municipal Government of Lubao, led by Mayor Esmeralda G. Pineda, enters into a memorandum of agreement with Republic Cement & Building Materials, Inc. for the acceptance of the cement manufacturing firm of plastic wastes coming from the municipality.

The agreement stipulates that Republic Cement shall accept in its premises the hauled plastic garbage from Lubao and even give the local government unit an agreed amount of finished cement product in exchange for the wastes.
