“Most Outstanding Kapampangan Awards (MOKA)”

One of the highlights of the 445th Aldo ning Kapampangan celebration is the “Most Outstanding Kapampangan Awards (MOKA)” held at Kingsborough International Convention Center, City of San Fernando on December 11, 2016.
The event was attended by Governor Lilia G. Pineda, Pampanga Mayors, Board Members and Congresswoman Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. The LGU Lubao has the most number of awardees this year:

2. Maria Mercedes Reineres Y. Arrastia- Tuason (Government Service)

3. Bernardo T. Garcia and Paulina Q. Garcia (Parenthood)

4. Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy (Religion)

5. Arwind A. Santos (Sports)
