Newly-constructed barangay hall
Mayor Esmie Pineda joins the barangay council of Sta. Cruz, Lubao, Pampanga during the blessing and inauguration of their newly-constructed barangay hall funded by the provincial government, led by Gov. Dennis Pineda.
Mayor Pineda thanks the governor for also providing funds for the upgrading of the road leading to the barangay hall.
