We are accepting nominees for the following categories:

-Posthumous

-Global Filipino

-PMA graduates

-Parenthood

-Youth Service

-Culture and the Arts

-Sports

-Agriculture

-Education

-Government Service

*Nominees should either be:

-Born and raised in Lubao

-Having either or both parents who are native Lubeños

-Not born in Lubao but has been permanently living in the town for the last 10 years

You may submit your nominations to your respective barangay captains or at the Mayor’s Office, Municipal Hall, Barangay San Nicolas 1, Lubao, Pampanga.

Deadline of nominations is April 25, 2018
