“State of Calamity” over the Second District (which includes Lubao) and some parts of Bacolor

After the April 22, 2019 earthquake that devastated several areas in Pampanga, the Provincial Board has declared a “State of Calamity” over the Second District (which includes Lubao) and some parts of Bacolor.
