Surrenderee Arrested for Illegal Drugs Anew

LUBAO, Pampanga—A 35-year old drug surrenderee in this town was arrested anew on Wednesday (August 😎 in a buybust operation set by the Lubao municipal police station here. 

Supt. Angelito Esteban, chief of police in this town, identified the arrested person as Jayson Pangan Serrano, a truck driver, who was collared after attempting to sell illicit substance to a police poseur buyer at Purok 5, Barangay Lourdes. 

The operation was led by the Municipal Drugs Enforcement Unit (DEU) in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 3.

Operatives seized one (1) multi-colored pouch containing five (5) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and the Five Hundred Peso marked money with serial number JD223164. 

The arrested suspect and seized pieces of evidence were brought to the MPS for proper documentation as a case for Violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article ll of Republic Act 9165 is being prepared against Serrano.
