THE 2022 NATIONAL ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL

THE 2022 NATIONAL ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL conferred to the Municipality of Lubao, led by Mayor Esmeralda G. Pineda, the PERFORMANCE AWARD for HIGHLY-FUNCTIONAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT in recognition of its exemplary efforts in the performance of its duties in complementing the national govemment’s anti-illegal drug campaign. The award was given during the 2022 Regional Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Awards held at the Kingsborough International Convention Center, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on January 16, 2023.
In accepting the award, Mayor Pineda was assisted by Lubao municipal local government operations officer Irene Bacani.
