Twenty LGUs in Pampanga bagged the 2017’s Seal of Child-Friendly Governance in the recently concluded audit conducted by the Council for the Welfare of Children in partnership with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and Department of Social Welfare Development (DSWD).

The seal aims to recognize the child-friendliness of LGUs in various areas of governance by adopting child-oriented framework of governance, planning, budgeting, and legislation, among others.
