Ages 18-above : 1st Dose/2nd Dose/Booster (Astra/Moderna)
*Kung may naka-schedule na 2nd Dose (Pfizer) sa mga araw na ito, tuloy pa rin po kayo.
*All sites are open to all barangays of Lubao
*No need to pre-register; walk-in accepted
*Please bring ID and vaccination card (if any)
*Vaccination sites may close earlier than scheduled if there are no more clients to serve, so please come early.
